All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay.

Product Accuracy

Since every piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture and shape from the product photos are normal and part of the handcrafted charm.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photography and content on this site are the property of Uphaar Fiesta and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Uphaar Fiesta is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
