Order Processing Time

Standard, ready-made items are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Handmade, personalized or made-to-order pieces take longer to craft — processing usually takes 4–5 business days, and the exact timeline is listed on each product page. For personalized items, we may share a preview with you before production begins; production starts only after your approval, so delays in confirming details can push back your dispatch date.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum order value required.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Orders are dispatched Monday through Saturday via our trusted courier partners. Once shipped, delivery within India typically takes 4–8 business days depending on your location, and international orders may take 8–15 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. You'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS as soon as your order ships, and you can track it anytime from My Orders.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or order details, contact us as soon as possible at uphaarfiesta@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 93543 38451. Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare case that an item is delayed or temporarily unavailable, our team will reach out to you within 1–2 business days with an updated timeline or alternative options.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All orders are packaged with extra protective padding, especially fragile items like resin art and keepsakes. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, let us know within 24 hours at uphaarfiesta@gmail.com along with your order number so we can investigate with the courier.
